Calling all parents preparing for childbirth 🌀🕯️
My next in-person childbirth & postpartum preparation/education series, begins February 15th, 2026!
This series is designed to meet the needs of parents on an individual basis and to meet you where you are in your journey. Wherever or however you plan to give birth, or if this is your first, next or last pregnancy, this series is designed to support you.
Classes will provide both mothers and fathers with knowledge, information, tools, and techniques meant to inform & empower you in your birth journey and beyond. This series is also curated with thoughtful intention to facilitate a connection to your deep inner wisdom and intuition.
Our time together will also serve as an opportunity to meet other parents and grow community connection 🌱🤍

Springtime Retreat will be a weekend long retreat at
La Lomita Ranch in San Luis Obispo!
The weekend features 2 days to choose from, and an overnight option.

Spring retreat marks the beginning of our 3rd year gathering in community, to honor our Journeys through Motherhood together. With the coming of the new season, we too are growing and sprouting details that have been hibernating in our hearts soil since the very beginning. Our vision has always been to expand some of our retreats from days to overnights and weekends. But also, and most importantly, expand to provide offerings that nurture relationships with our children, while deepening and strengthening community connection. Our vision is to create a safe and loving place in community where we can show our children the value of coming together with honor and intention, to witness and to be witnessed, and to open our hearts to the giving and receiving of support and unconditional love within our community.
There is much to be done to continue to grow this vision to our fullest dreamscape. To support successful growth, we are taking baby steps to ensure the net we are weaving doesn’t unravel. We chose to begin with Mothers, the heartbeat of our homes and communities. And as we take our next steps forward, it feels natural and with ease to follow that maternal line and open our first gathering of growth to mothers and daughters.

Time in retreat is medicine for the body, mind and soul. Aligning with the rhythms of the seasons deepens our relationship to Self and Mother Nature. Nurturing a Mother in this way is directly reflected back into the care she provides her family, friends and village.
Our intention for Seasonal Mama’s Retreats is to reclaim the sacred elements of our journey’s through motherhood, in all of its phases, from Conception to Crone. We acknowledge this journey includes many sacred rites of passage. We endeavor to bridge generational gaps in our matriarchal lineage so that every Mother may be witnessed, honored and celebrated in community, throughout her entire journey.
These offerings are crafted with the deepest love and intention for all who have Mothered and those who are Mothering. This is an invitation for all ages and stages of Motherhood, wherever you are in your journey, please join us.

Saturday Evening Song and Sound Event included with overnight booking. Sunday morning breakfast with La Lomita included in overnight booking.
3- You can purchase the Saturday evening Song and Sound event as an add on if you’re not staying the night.

Saturday Overnight with Song Circle, Sound Journey & Community Pot Luck Dinner
This event is complimentary to anyone registered for either event day, AND booked in a room for the overnight.
Otherwise, this event is available for purchase as an “Add on”, for $25per person, to anyone registered for either day but are NOT staying the night. Venmo @Seedtosoul w/ name & email.
We’re excited to share that La Lomita is generously offering us a 15% discount on rooms for the night of the 11th (must use link below). Sunday morning Breakfast is included through La Lomita with a room booking as well.
There are 2 rooms available with queen beds, sleeping up to 4 ppl, in the Hacienda with myself and Jena. If you are interested in staying in the Hacienda with us, please reach out to Kyla directly. Discounted room rate for Hacienda is $275. If you’re looking for a more affordable option and would like to split a room with someone, lmk and I can try to match you with another Mama interested in share style at the house.
NOTE: Kitchen area & refrigerator will be prioritized for retreat food prep but we will arrange to accommodate all of us sharing this space! We are requesting a quiet time of 10:30p and will be quietly moving about as early as 6am.

NOTE: Units 500 & 600 are both units with 2 rooms. One unit with 2 queen beds and one unit with 1 queen and 2 twin bunk beds (sleeping 4ppl in each unit). These might be more affordable, share style options at $252.93 per room.

Refund Policy for Spring Retreat Events: Refunds are not available within 10 days of retreat, as we are preparing special supplies and reserving space for you, however we will honor 50% credit for a future event if you are unable to join. No refunds or credit will be available within 3 days of retreat.
