Calling all parents preparing for childbirth 🌀🕯️
My next in-person childbirth & postpartum preparation/education series, begins November 9th, 2025!!
This series is designed to meet the needs of parents on an individual basis and to meet you where you are in your journey. Whether you’re planning to birth at home or hospital, or this is your first, next or last pregnancy, this series is designed for you.
Classes will provide both mothers and fathers with knowledge, information, tools, and techniques meant to inform & empower you in your birth journey and beyond. This series is also crafted with thoughtful intention to facilitate a connection to your deep inner wisdom and intuition.
Our time together will also serve as an opportunity to meet other parents and grow community connection 🌱🤍

Open to 6 couples (Birthing person & Partner/Support person)
Meeting Dates/Times:
November - Sunday 11/9 1-3:30p and Sunday 11/23 1-3p
December - Sunday 12/7 1-3p and Sunday 12/14 1-3p
Location: 9700 El Camino Real Ste 202, Atascadero
Exchange: $400 (includes birth partner, supplies, hand outs & pregnancy journal)

Seasonal Mama's Circle & Retreat
With happy hearts we’re so excited to share the date of our Autumn Mama’s Circle & Retreat! We’re very much ready to be in community and circle once again with you. We’re eager to welcome those who are returning, as well as those who are joining us for the first time. Our circle is a growing village of women; collecting wisdom, celebrating and cultivating lasting sistership as we support each other in our unique journey’s through motherhood.
This Fall we gather to illuminate our inner light, our guiding light, as we move deeper into the seasonal spiral of darker days and regeneration. Together, we’ll attune to the gentle energy of Autumn and create an opportunity to soften, slow and shed with the season. We’ll enjoy crafting with the gifts of Mother Nature and tending to ourselves with loving care. We’re looking forward to a day full of fun, nourishment, connection, rest and rejuvenation.
Time in retreat is medicine for the body, mind and soul. Aligning with the rhythms of the seasons deepens our relationship to Self and Mother Nature. Nurturing a Mother in this way is directly reflected back into the care she provides her family, friends and village.
Our intention for Seasonal Mama’s Retreats is to reclaim the sacred elements of our journey’s through motherhood, in all of its phases, from Conception to Crone. We acknowledge this journey includes many sacred rites of passage. We endeavor to bridge generational gaps in our matriarchal lineage so that every Mother may be witnessed, honored and celebrated in community, throughout her entire journey.
This day is crafted with the deepest love and intention for all who have Mothered and those who are Mothering. This is an invitation for all ages and stages of Motherhood, wherever you are in your journey, please join us.
