The Labor Labyrinth is a powerful tool for preparing for the initiation into the unknown
of giving birth, and crossing the threshold into parenthood. We will design a Labor Labyrinth together, and combine it with breath work and aromatherapy, as meditative techniques for navigating through the labor and birth process.

RETURN VISIT (90 min):

Gentle essential oil application to the neck, back, and feet, combining the unique benefits of light human touch with the power of essential oils. EO’s can provide information to our body at the cellular level and can encourage movement within our body systems, assisting cleansing and detoxification processes necessary for healing from the roots up.
AromaTouch technique is designed to create a calming, soothing, rejuvenating, and invigorating wellness experience. It is helpful for relaxation, reducing stress & inflammation, boosting the immune system, and balancing the body into a state of resilience & adaptability that allows for healing.
