Hello and Welcome!

My name is Kyla Worthen-Hall and I would love to support you in preparations for your birth journey. Whether this is your first, last or any birth in between, preparation is invaluable as each birth journey is a unique, life changing event. 

I am primarily trained in Birthing From Within as a Child Birth Educator. I also bring many years of personal experience and knowledge from attending births and working in Midwifery, and serving families in their birth journey's through childbirth and postpartum preparation. 

My classes & packages are offered privately, in home, or in community settings. Classes are designed to meet individuals and couples where they are, to accommodate the needs for each unique journey. 

We can customize private classes or you can choose a preset, specially curated class package. The "Birth Journey" package is a 4 part series meant to serve as a personal journey, and provides an in depth, well rounded, informative and supportive education/preparation.

I believe that it is crucial to care for our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self during this deeply transformative time of our lives. As we are becoming a Mother or Father, it's an incredibly potent practice to sync with Mother Nature for guidance, nourishment, support and healing. Connecting with Mother Nature deepens are connection to Self and our Intuition,

I enjoy offering herbal preparations such as personalized tisanes, foot baths, body oils, bathing salts, salves, tinctures, essential oil blends and flower essences. I am also happy to teach you how to craft these for yourself and family as well!

Additionally, I provide holistic treatment offerings, which include ceremonial birth story processing, Aromatouch & Symphony of the Cells applications, yoni steams, sound baths, reiki, massage and nourishing organic meal deliveries. 

Private and Community Blessing Way Ceremonies are also available.

Seed to Soul was born from my deepest sense of purpose and my biggest passions for life - Motherhood, Mother Nature, Midwifery & being in Service to both People and our Planet. 

Seed to Soul is a culmination of my life's work and a fusion of holistic care, rooted in our unique and individual intuition.
